On February 23, 2024, a briefing was held in the Consulate of Turkmenistan in the Republic of Kazakhstan (Aktau) dedicated to the first book of the President of Turkmenistan entitled “Youth is the Support of the Motherland” and the motto of 2024 “The Fount of the Wisdom of Magtymguly Fragi”.
Members of the Humanitarian association of Turkmens of the world, representatives of the Turkmen diaspora, as well as the Turkmen students studying in Aktau attended the event.
During the briefing, the first book of the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov, “Youth is the support of the Motherland” was presented.
As it was noted, the work of the head of the state, dedicated to the accomplishments and achievements of Turkmen youth in the social, economic, cultural and humanitarian spheres, is intended to become a reference book for the current and future generation of young Turkmen citizens.
In addition, during the briefing speakers emphasized the special significance of the creative heritage of Magtymguly Fragi, which has become an integral part of the treasury of world culture.
Furthermore, the ongoing large-scale work was discussed to celebrate the 300th anniversary of Magtymguly Fragi in 2024, at the national and international level, declared as “Fount of Wisdom Magtymguly Fragi”. After the briefing, participants were shown a documentary film about the poet.
