Commemorative stamps issued on the occasion of the 300th anniversary of Magtymguly Fragi are placed in the UPU Museum

Samples of commemorative anniversary stamps issued by the Turkmen side on the 300th anniversary of the birth of the outstanding poet and thinker of the East Magtymguly Fragi were handed over to the Director General of the Universal Postal Union (UPU) Masahiko Metoki.

In accordance with the decision of the UPU, the mentioned stamp samples are permanently placed in the Museum of the Universal Postal Union in Bern (Swiss Confederation).

In addition, by the decision of the Union, copies of the anniversary stamps were sent to all member states of the UPU – to 192 countries of the world.
