On January 20, 2025, an introductory ceremony was held at the Embassy of Turkmenistan in the State of Qatar, on the occasion of the declaration of 2025 as the "International Year of Peace and Trust".
Representatives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Qatar, diplomatic missions, accredited in the country and members of the media attended the event.
At the presentation ceremony, information was given about the high-level events planned to be held in our country on the occasion of the "International Year of Peace and Trust" and the 30th anniversary of our Permanent Neutrality and was introduced to the works born from the precious wisdom of the National Leader of the Turkmen People, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov and President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov.
In addition, the implementation of the new philosophy "Dialogue is the guarantor of peace" declared by the National Leader of the Turkmen People, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov in international relations and emphasizing the importance of the initiatives supported by our country in the international arena, the importance of the International Year of Peace and Trust.
