On March 23, 2023, the Ambassador of Turkmenistan to Japan A.Bayramov met with the State Minister of Foreign Affairs of Japan Kenji Yamada in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan.
Topical issues and prospects for the development of bilateral relations in the political, diplomatic, trade, economic, cultural and humanitarian spheres were discussed. In particular, the parties focused on the upcoming joint events and meetings scheduled for the current year.
Along with this, the progressive development of the Turkmen-Japanese dialogue in various areas of multifaceted cooperation was noted, where there is a considerable potential for mutual implementation.
The diplomats also stressed the fruitfulness of the multilateral partnership within the framework of international organizations and the «Central Asia + Japan Dialogue».
