Resolution of President of Turkmenistan

On the 18th of February 2017 President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution “On Adoption of the Concept of Foreign Policy Course of Neutral Turkmenistan for 2017 – 2023”. According to the document, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan is assigned to implement the Concept and ministries, branch departments and other government organizations to follow its provisions during development of perspective and current plans as well as during solutions of issues of international cooperation.
