A meeting was held with the head of the Japan Bank for International Cooperation

On 5 October 2023, the Ambassador of Turkmenistan to Japan A.Bayramov met with the Governor of the Japan Bank for International Cooperation (JBIC) Hayashi Nobumitsu.

During the meeting, the parties discussed issues of mutual cooperation and opportunities for further development of relations.

The key topics were the study of investment projects in Turkmenistan, including in the field of energy and infrastructure. The Japanese side also expressed interest in cooperation on projects aimed at decarbonization and green energy.
