On October 16, 2023, in Tokyo, during an event dedicated to the Independence Day of Turkmenistan, a solemn ceremony was held to present the certificate of the honorary title “Honored Horse Breeder of Turkmenistan” to the General Director of the Japanese Economic Society "Akhal-teke Affinity Co. LTD" Michiko Aoe.
The event was attended by members of the Parliament of Japan, representatives of ministries and government authorities, heads of higher educational institutions, businessmen, employees of foreign embassies, international organizations and Japanese public organizations, journalists, as well as Turkmen students studying in Japan.
The speakers emphasized the importance of the work carried out under the leadership of the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov for the further development of multilateral Turkmen-Japanese relations.
As part of the meeting, an exhibition of books by the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov was organized, as well as a demonstration of paintings by Turkmen artists and videos about Turkmenistan.
