Meeting of the Ambassador of Turkmenistan with the Secretary General of ICAO

On June 24, 2019, the Ambassador of Turkmenistan to the USA, and concurrently to Canada, M. Orazov was on a working visit to Montreal, Canada. During the visit, the Ambassador had a meeting with the Secretary General of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), Mrs. Fang Liu.

During the meeting, the Ambassador presented the originals of two documents confirming the joining of Turkmenistan to the important international protocols of ICAO. The parties also discussed the issues related to the participation of Turkmenistan at the 40th session of the ICAO Assembly, which will be held in Montreal from September 24 to October 4, 2019.
