Meeting of the Head of the MFA of Turkmenistan with the UN Under-Secretary-General for Economic and Social Affairs

The meeting of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan with the UN Under-Secretary-General for Economic and Social Affairs Liu Zhenmin was held on 30 September 2019.

During the meeting, the parties discussed a number of issues related to the implementation of the Agenda till 2030.  In this context, an extended exchange of views took place on carrying out the national programs and plans aimed at the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals.  

Mr. Liu Zhenmin noted the successful presentation of the Voluntary National Review of Turkmenistan presented during the high-level Political Forum held in July of the current year in New-York.
