Telephone conversation between the Ministers of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan and the Russian Federation

On the 7th of October, a telephone conversation was held between the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan R.O.Meredov and the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation S.V.Lavrov.

In the context of fulfilling the agreements between the Presidents of Turkmenistan and Russia, the heads of external policy agencies considered the issues of bilateral agenda.  The parties paid special attention to the collaboration in the international formats.

In this regard, the Ministers exchanged views on the preparations to the Sixth Caspian Summit planned to be held in Turkmenistan.
