Ambassador of Turkmenistan in Kabul held talks at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Afghanistan

On September 29, 2021, a meeting was held between Ambassador of Turkmenistan in Kabul Hoja Ovezov and the acting Foreign Minister of Afghanistan Amir Khan Muttaqi.

The Afghan Foreign Minister addressed congratulations to the leadership and people of Turkmenistan in honor of the country’s 30^th anniversary. He also expressed gratitude to the Turkmen side for the continued humanitarian support to the Afghan people at a difficult time.

During the meeting, the sides emphasized the need for further development of multifaceted cooperation between the two countries.
In this context, the expediency of organizing meetings of business circles of the two countries to increase trade turnover and find new formats of economic interaction was noted.
