On March 16, 2024, in Mashhad there was a meeting between the Consul General of Turkmenistan in the Islamic Republic of Iran I.Gaipov and the Director of the Iranian weekly newspaper and Internet news service “Nohostnews” (“First News”) Ali Pakbaz Khosrowshahi.
The main topic of discussion was the prospects for interaction in the field of mass media. At the meeting, joint plans in the information sphere and the possibility of covering the development of fraternal Turkmen-Iranian relations were discussed.
The book of the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov “Youth is the support of the Motherland” was presented during the meeting in order to familiarize Director Ali Pakbaz Khosrowshahi with youth policy, which is one of the priority areas of the state policy of Turkmenistan.
Further, during the meeting, the Turkmen side informed that 2024 in Turkmenistan has been declared the year of “Fount of Wisdom Magtymguly Fragi”, within the framework of which it is planned to hold a number of international cultural and scientific events dedicated to the 300th anniversary of the birth of Magtymguly Fragi.
In this regard, representatives of the Iranian weekly newspaper and Internet news service “Nohostnews” were invited to participate in international events dedicated to the 300th anniversary of the Turkmen thinker and poet Magtymguly Fragi.
