On January 30, 2024, in the Embassy of Turkmenistan in the Russian Federation, a solemn event was held to present the first book of the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov “Youth is the support of the Motherland” and a round table dedicated to the announcement of 2024 as the Year of “Fount Wisdom Magtymguly Fragi”.
The event was attended by diplomats, representatives of the Turkmen diaspora and students of Turkmenistan studying in Moscow and the Moscow region.
During the presentation, Turkmen diplomats revealed the special significance of the contents of the first book of the head of state, as an instruction and guide for the youth of Turkmenistan - the support of the Motherland.
Representatives of student youth also spoke on the content of the book intended for them and assured to study more deeply the instructions of the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov and the Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov.
Dwelling on the meaning of the motto of the year of the 300th anniversary of the classic of Turkmen poetry, philosopher and thinker of the East Magtymguly Fragi, “Fount of Wisdom Magtymguly Fragi,” the participants noted the patriotic orientation, philosophical depth, humanistic content and artistic perfection of the work of the great master of the poetic art of the Turkmen people.
The speakers especially noted the importance of Magtymguly’s works, which to this day are a storehouse of spiritual wisdom, a source of morality, patriotism, and an unsurpassed school of education for the younger generation.
The Ambassador of Turkmenistan to the Russian Federation E.Aydogdyev spoke about the upcoming events dedicated to the anniversary of Magtymguly Fragi at the state and international level.
The solemn event was accompanied by a video telling about the achievements of modern Turkmenistan, as well as readings of patriotic poems by Magtymguly Fragi performed by Turkmen students.
