On February 8, 2024, in St. Petersburg, the Embassy of Turkmenistan in the Russian Federation organized and held a presentation of the first book of the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov “Youth is the support of the Motherland” with the participation of representatives of Turkmen student youth studying in higher educational institutions in St.Petersburg.
During the meeting, students showed great interest in the book of the President of Turkmenistan, which tells about the state’s care for youth, the achievements of representatives of the younger generation of Turkmenistan in education, science, sports, etc., as well as the important tasks for the further development of the country.
At the meeting, special attention was also paid to the extensive large-scale work at the state and international levels to hold the 300th anniversary of the classic of Turkmen poetry, philosopher and great thinker of the East Magtymguly Fragi in 2024, declared in Turkmenistan as the Year of “Fount of Wisdom Magtymguly Fragi”.
Among the upcoming major international events dedicated to the 300th anniversary of Magtymguly Fragi, were separately noted the opening of the monument to Magtymguly Fragi in St.Petersburg, as well as the holding of International scientific conferences and round tables in Moscow, Kazan, Astrakhan, Voronezh and other cities.
