DECREE OF PRESIDENT OF TURKMENISTAN

As per the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan dated 28-th of June, 2024, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Russian Federation Esen Muhammedovich Aydogdyyev was concurrently appointed as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Republic of Bulgaria (with residence in Moscow).
