On the 13th of August 2024, the ceremony of presenting the letters of credence of the newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Republic of Slovenia E. Aydogdiyev (with residence in Moscow) to the President of the country Ms. Nataša Pirc Musar was held in the Presidential Palace in Ljubljana.
During the ceremony, Ambassador E. Aydogdiyev conveyed warm greetings and best wishes to the President of the Republic of Slovenia on behalf of the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov and the National Leader of Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov.
During the meeting, the parties expressed mutual interest in further development of political-diplomatic, trade-economic, cultural and humanitarian ties between the two friendly countries.
President of the Republic of Slovenia Nataša Pirc Musar also expressed gratitude and warm greetings to the leadership of Turkmenistan.
