Delegation of Turkmenistan participates in the successive session of the Conference of the Parties to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP29)

On 11 November 2024, the 29th session of the Conference of the Parties to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP29) started in Baku.

COP29 is one of the most important platforms for discussing global climate policy and strengthening collaboration between countries in this vector.

Participating countries will have discussions on climate change mitigation and accelerating the energy transition. According to the agenda of the current session, a new global climate finance goal will be set for countries.

The delegation of Turkmenistan is participating in this Conference on climate issues.
