DECREE OF THE PRESIDENT OF TURKMENISTAN

As per the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan dated November 24, 2024, the diplomatic rank of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary was conferred on Ylyas Akmuhammedovich Gaipov.
