On February 21, 2025, a concert dedicated to the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan’s Neutrality and International Mother Language Day was held at the Astrakhan State Technical University.
In his speech, the Consul of Turkmenistan in the Russian Federation (Astrakhan) G. Ilamanov focused the participants’ attention on the significance of the status of permanent neutral Turkmenistan and the importance of preserving the native language.
The university students presented a diverse program of creative numbers: songs, dances and musical numbers.
The guests of the event were particularly interested in the exhibition, which presented examples of national arts and crafts and creativity, national clothing, jewelry, as well as printed publications in the Turkmen language.
As part of the event, G. Ilamanov met with the rector of the university A.Nevalenny, during which they discussed the prospects for further cooperation in the field of education.
