On February 26, 2025, a presentation ceremony of the book by the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov «Magtymguly – Sage of the World» was held at the Cultural Center of the Green Rivers Manor Hotel in Beijing, as well as a gala reception in honor of the announcement of the International Year of Peace and Trust and the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan's permanent neutrality.
The event was attended by the Ambassador of Turkmenistan to China P.Durdyev and diplomats of the Embassy, Secretary General of the Chinese Horse Breeding Association, Honored Horse Breeder of Turkmenistan and laureate of the jubilee medal «For the 300th Anniversary of Magtymguly Fragi» Yue Gaofeng, Vice-Rector and Professor of Ningxia University and laureate of the jubilee medal «For the 300th Anniversary of Makhtumkuli Fragi» Zhao Xiaojia, lecturer of Northwestern University (Xi'an) S.Mashrykov, the management and staff of the Cultural Center, as well as Turkmen students studying at universities in Beijing.
In their speeches, the speakers, emphasizing the important role of the literary work of the President of Turkmenistan «Magtymguly – Sage of the World», which has become a significant event in the literary and cultural space, drew significant parallels between the unfading creativity of the great Makhtumkuli Fragi and the celebration of the International Year of Peace and Trust, coinciding with the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan’s permanent neutrality.
The reading of Magtymguly’s well-known poem in Turkmen and Chinese by Turkmen graduate students became the final chord of the event and a parting word to the younger generation.
During the event, the Embassy of Turkmenistan in China presented samples of the book by the President of Turkmenistan «Magtymguly – Sage of the World» and collections of Magtymguly Fragi's poems translated into Chinese to Chinese partners and Turkmen students.
