DECREE OF THE PRESIDENT OF TURKMENISTAN

As per the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan dated April 24, 2026, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the United Arab Emirates (Abu-Dhabi city) Bayramov Bayram Akmyradovich was concurrently appointed as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the State of Kuwait.
