DECREE OF PRESIDENT OF TURKMENISTAN

As per the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan dated 30-th of November, 2017, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Russian Federation (Moscow c.) Batyr Gurbanmyradovich Niyazliyev was concurrently appointed as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Republic of Bulgaria.
