DECREE OF PRESIDENT OF TURKMENISTAN

As per the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan dated 25th of January, 2018, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Republic of Belarus (Minsk city) Nazarguly Shagulyev was concurrently appointed as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Republic of Latvia.
