DECREE OF PRESIDENT OF TURKMENISTAN
As per the Decree of President of Turkmenistan dated July 4, 2018, Hemra Amanmammedovich Togalakov was releived from the duties of the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan (Kabul city) due to the transfer to another position.
