DECREE OF PRESIDENT OF TURKMENISTAN

                  As per the Decree of President of Turkmenistan dated July 4, 2018, Hemra Amanmammedovich Togalakov was appointed as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Republic of Tajikistan (Dushanbe city).
