DECREE OF THE PRESIDENT OF TURKMENISTAN

As per the Decree of President of Turkmenistan dated December 20th, 2018, the diplomatic rank of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary was conferred on Annamammet Akmammedowich Annayev.
