Decree of the President of Turkmenistan

As per the Decree of President of Turkmenistan dated March 1, 2019, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the United Arab Emirates (Abu-Dhabi city) Serdarmammet Saparmammedovich Garadjaev was concurrently appointed as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the State of Kuwait.
