DECREE OF PRESIDENT OF TURKMENISTAN

As per the Decree of President of Turkmenistan dated September 15, 2016, Komekov Toyli Babaevich was relieved from the position of the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Azerbaijan Republic (Baku city) due to a transfer to another position.
