RESOLUTION OF THE PRESIDENT OF TURKMENISTAN

In order to develop bilateral relations between Turkmenistan and the Russian Federation, to ensure the efficient provision of consular services to the population, as well as in accordance with the Law of Turkmenistan “On Consular Offices of Turkmenistan Abroad,” President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed a decree ordering the opening of the Consulate General of Turkmenistan in Kazan.
