DECREE OF THE PRESIDENT OF TURKMENISTAN
As per the Decree of President of Turkmenistan dated July 7th, 2022, Sapar Begzhanovich Palvanov was appointed as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Kingdom of Belgium (Brussels city).
