DECREE OF PRESIDENT OF TURKMENISTAN

As per the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan dated 27-th of January 2017, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the United States of America (Washington c.) Meret Bairamovich Orazov was appointed as the Permanent Representative of Turkmenistan to the International Civil Aviation Organization.
