To appoint the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Republic of Korea Durdyev Begench Orazmyradovich at the same time as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Republic of Singapore (with residence in Seoul).
