To appoint the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to Malaysia Mashalov Muhammetnyyaz Badyevich at the same time Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Kingdom of Cambodia (with residence in Kuala Lumpur).
