Opening ceremony of the Polymer plant in Gyyanly is planned

On October 17, 2018, a solemn opening ceremony of the Gyyanly Polymer plant with the participation of President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov is planned in the district of Turkmenbashi in Balkan velayat.   

The launch of this enourmous enterprise which is equipped with latest technology and has productivity around 386 thousand tons per year of polyethylene and 81 thousand tons per year of polypropylene, will satisfy requests on the world market in oil and gas sector, also will increase our country’s export potential. The construction of this plant is another step towards making Turkmenistan highly industrialized state.
