A meeting was held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs with the Head of the EU Delegation to Turkmenistan

On December 13, 2019, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan R. Meredov had a meeting with the Head of the European Union Delegation to Turkmenistan Christian Berger at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.

During the negotiations, issues of cooperation between Turkmenistan and the European Union have been discussed. Noting the role of cooperation in the framework of international organizations, the parties considered further steps to expand cooperation in various fields.

The parties noted the positive development of cooperation between the EU and Turkmenistan in 2019 and the need to establish inter-parliamentary cooperation.
