President of Turkmenistan sent condolences to the leadership of the Russian Federation

President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov sent deep condolences to the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin and the Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev in connection with the explosion that took place in the city of St. Petersburg on the stretch between the metro stations "Sennaya Ploshchad" and "Technological Institute", resulting in numerous human casualties and mutilations.

On behalf of the people and the Government of the country, and also on his own behalf, the President of Turkmenistan conveyed the words of deep empathy and support at this difficult time to all the families and friends of the deceased, as well as the wishes for a speedy recovery to the victims.
