Official visit of the President of Turkmenistan to the Republic of Uzbekistan has started

Today, on October 4, President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov left on an official visit to the Republic of Uzbekistan.

During the visit, President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov will have a meeting with the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev. More than twenty bilateral documents are expected to be signed as a result of negotiations at the highest level.

This visit will also include a Turkmen-Uzbek economic forum, which will be attended by representatives of state and private structures of the two countries.

The forum will discuss expansion of trade relations, exports and imports, creation of new joint enterprises and implementation of investment projects.
