The negotiations were held between the heads of the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan and the Republic of Tajikistan

On November 26 of the current year the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Rashid Meredov held negotiations with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan Sirojiddin Muhriddin who came to Turkmenistan to participate in the Meeting of the Council of the Ministers of the Economic Cooperation Organization.

During the meeting the Heads of foreign policy agencies of Turkmenistan and Tajikistan exchanged views on actual issues of interstate interaction, as well as on the problems of international and regional agenda.

The parties also discussed the agenda of the upcoming negotiations between the Leaders of two countries in the course of the Summit of the Heads of States of the ECO.
