A visit of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan to Turkmenistan

On the 28^th of November 2021, at the invitation of the President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, a working visit of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev to Turkmenistan has started.

In the framework of the visit the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan will take part in the 15^th Summit of the Heads of the Member-States of the ECO which will be held in the capital of Turkmenistan.

Also during the visit the bilateral top-level meeting between the leaders of Turkmenistan and Azerbaijan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov and Ilham Aliyev will take place, during which it is planned the discussion of the key aspects of Turkmen-Azerbaijan ties in political, trade-economic and cultural-humanitarian fields.
