Today, on October 23, 2022, at the meeting of the Ambassador of the People's Republic of China to Turkmenistan Qian Naicheng with the leadership of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, the Turkmen side handed over congratulatory letters from the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov and the Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of the Milli Gengesh of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov addressed to the President of the People's Republic of China Xi Jinping in connection with his re-election as General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China.
