Foreign Ministries of Turkmenistan and Great Britain discussed issues of cooperation on Afghanistan

On April 4, 2023, the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan V.Hajiyev met with the Director of the Department for Afghanistan and Pakistan, Special Representative for Afghanistan of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Commonwealth and Development of Great Britain Andrew McCoubrey via videoconference.

During the meeting, the parties discussed a wide range of issues of cooperation on the Afghan problem.

Particular emphasis was placed on certain humanitarian issues relating to the situation in this region.
