Meeting at the MFA with the Regional Director of the International Labor Organization

On February 20, 2024, a meeting was held between the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan M.Byashimova and the delegation of the International Labor Organization (ILO) led by Assistant Director General, Regional Director of the ILO Beata Andres.

During the meeting, the parties discussed the results of previously held events, according to the “Road Map of Joint Activities for 2023”, and also identified the main areas of interaction and specific steps of cooperation between the Government of Turkmenistan and the ILO for 2024.

ILO Regional Director B.Andreas welcomed the commitment of the Turkmen side in the systematic implementation of the obligations undertaken within the ILO.
