Foreign Ministers of Turkmenistan and the Russian Federation held a telephone conversation

On 2 December 2024, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Rashid Meredov and the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Sergey Lavrov held a telephone conversation upon the initiative of the Russian side.

During the talk, the sides discussed key aspects of the Turkmen-Russian agenda, in particular, considering the prospects of cooperation in fields of mutual interest.

The Ministers emphasized the importance of continuing collaboration between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs.
