A meeting with the Ambassador of the Kyrgyz Republic was held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan

On April 17, 2025, a meeting was held between the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Myahri Bashimova and the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kyrgyz Republic to Turkmenistan Azizbek Madmarov.

During the meeting, the parties exchanged views on topical issues of regional and international agenda of mutual interest. In this regard, the readiness of both countries to continue the practice of mutual support for initiatives in international organizations was confirmed.

In addition, the diplomats discussed issues of Turkmen-Kyrgyz partnership in the fields of security, sustainable development and environmental protection.
