Meeting with the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia at the MFA of Turkmenistan

On May 6, 2025, a meeting was held between Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan M.Bashimova and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to Turkmenistan Amer bin Ali Al-Shehri.

During the meeting, the parties discussed the current state and prospects for the development of bilateral relations in the political, diplomatic and trade and economic spheres.

Exchange of views took place on issues of interaction within international structures, in particular the UN. At the same time, issues related to the improvement of the contractual and legal base of bilateral relations were considered.

Particular attention was paid to the development of partnerships in the cultural and humanitarian areas.
