R.Meredov had a telephone conversation with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Malawi

On July 2, 2025, a telephone conversation took place between the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Rashid Meredov and the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Malawi Nancy Tembo.

During the conversation, the heads of the foreign policy departments discussed the current state of bilateral relations, as well as prospects for their further development. Mutual commitment to expanding cooperation in various areas of mutual interest was expressed.

The ministers also exchanged views on current issues on the international and regional agenda.

During the negotiations, special emphasis was placed on issues related to preparations for the upcoming Third UN Conference on Landlocked Developing Countries (LLDC 3).
