Telephone conversation between the heads of the foreign ministries of Turkmenistan and the Republic of Botswana

On July 16, 2025, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Rashid Meredov held a telephone conversation with the Minister of International Relations of the Republic of Botswana Penyo Butale.

During the conversation, the heads of the foreign policy departments discussed the possibilities of developing cooperation between the two countries in areas of mutual interest.

A separate topic of conversation was preparation for the Third Conference of Landlocked Countries, which will be held in Turkmenistan in August of this year.
