Meeting between the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan and the Ambassador of Japan

On 14 August 2025, a meeting was held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan between the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Rashid Meredov, and the Ambassador of Japan to Turkmenistan Hiroshi Sasaki.

During the meeting, the sides discussed issues related to Turkmen-Japanese cooperation.

The importance of high-level visits in further advancing inter-state relations was noted. In this context, the diplomats discussed the schedule of bilateral and multilateral meetings planned for the near future.
