UN agencies' country programmes for Turkmenistan for 2026-2030 have been approved

From August 25 to September 5, 2025, the second regular sessions of the executive boards of UNDP, UNFPA, and UNICEF were held in New York.

Following the sessions, country programme documents for Turkmenistan for 2026-2030 were approved.

The concepts of these programmes were developed jointly with the Turkmen side.

According to these documents, the implementation of relevant projects and activities in relevant areas is planned jointly with the UNDP, UNICEF and UNFPA representative offices in Turkmenistan for the next five years.
