Ministers of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan and Ghana discussed topical issues of сooperation by telephone

On 13 November 2025, a telephone conversation took place between the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Rashid Meredov and the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration of the Republic of Ghana Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa.

During the telephone conversation, the sides confirmed the intention of both countries to strengthen bilateral ties in all areas of mutual interest.

Successful cooperation between the two countries in multilateral formats, particularly within the UN, was noted.

Particular attention was paid to preparations for the International Forum on Peace and Trust, which will be held on December 12 of this year in Ashgabat.
